Shipping policy

 

1. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

Orders placed before 2 pm GST (Gulf Standard Time) will generally be processed on the 
same business day.
Shipping is handled through FedEx or Aramex.
Standard UAE delivery time: 1–3 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Remote area deliveries may incur an extra 1-3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on courier scheduling, service 
availability, remote-area routing, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable 
contact number.


2. GCC Region Shipping

We ship to GCC countries (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) via 
Aramex or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination 
and customs clearance.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) in the destination country are the 
customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to select the carrier (FedEx or Aramex) based on cost/availability 
for the destination country.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, weight and 
dimensions of the package.
Free shipping may be offered for promotional orders or above a certain order value 
For oversized items (such as full bikes), additional shipping surcharges may apply. 
These will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated separately.


4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Once your payment is confirmed, we will review and prepare your order.
Dispatch times: Typically, within 1 business day for in-stock items.
Business days exclude weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and UAE public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates. Actual delivery duration may vary due to 
courier scheduling, service limitations, customs clearance, or external factors beyond 
our control.


5. Tracking & Delivery

After dispatching you will receive a tracking link from the carrier.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
If delivery fails (no one available, address incomplete, customer unavailable), 
additional redelivery or storage fees may apply depending on carrier rules.
If you wish to postpone delivery (for example, ask the courier to leave with concierge), 
please contact us promptly.


6. Duties, Taxes & Customs (GCC Shipping)

For GCC deliveries outside the UAE, import duties, taxes and customs charges may 
apply in the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost unless 
stated.
Please check with your local customs authority if unsure.
Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, any transit 
or customs-related delays are outside our control. Airwerks Cycles is not liable for 
delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or destination country regulations.


7. Returns & Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy.
Note that return shipping cost from other GCC countries may be higher and subject to 
customs clearance.
We recommend you contact us before initiating a return from outside the UAE.


8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

On receipt of your parcel please inspect packaging and contents.
If you find visible damage, please refuse the package or note “damaged on delivery” 
with the carrier and notify us immediately.
In case of lost or delayed shipments we will assist in contacting the carrier and filing a 
claim. Please provide your order number and tracking details.
Airwerks Cycles’ responsibility for a shipment ends once the package is transferred to 
the courier. Any claims for loss, damage, or delay will be handled in accordance with 
the courier’s policies.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this shipping policy at any time. The version displayed on our website at 
the time you place your order applies.
If major changes occur (e.g., shipping rates or carriers), we will notify you via email 
where possible.
